This multi-week cooking class explores the fundamentals of classic bread-making with an emphasis on dough development fermentation shaping and baking techniques. Guided by expert instruction, it provides a deeper understanding of the craft behind confident home baking. Working alongside a seasoned baker, you'll learn how to combine flour with other ingredients to prepare several bread varieties.

Over four classes, you'll master different types of bread to serve with delicious toppings and fillings. Mix up a soft brioche to serve with jam, traditional naan and pita served with hummus, English muffins filled with butter and eggs and a crisp sourdough topped with butter. Impress friends and family with these new skills and recipes.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
