Me and my dad atteneded chef Pauls cooking class and it was lovely, we learnt so much like how to make shrimp tempura, california roll, spring rolls and etc. I woulf recommend this class to anyone who has a love for sushi.

We did the fusion sushi class with Chef Paul for a date night. It was so fun! We learned lots of skills and gained confidence in the kitchen. Paul was engaging and funny and the food was absolutely delicious! Best sushi we have had in a long time!

Wonderful Korean chicken class with Chef Paul. His attention to detail, excitement and enthusiasm for cooking was infectious. we learned so much, had lots of laughs and got our hands dirty. Can't recommend Paul enough!
