We hired Chef Paul for a private Valentine’s Day dinner at home, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, he was professional, warm, and incredibly attentive to detail. Every course was beautifully presented and thoughtfully prepared - it's amazing how much he did in 2.5 hrs! Chef Paul was amazing! He was so knowledge, personable and fun! We made a variety of Japanese Sushi rolls. Chef Paul is very knowledgeable & a good instructor. We will certainly be making contact in the future for other opportunities to learn from his expertise.
