We made variety of rolls and shrimp tempura. Chef Paul explained everything from the type of rice to how to prepare cucumber properly. He was funny and very friendly, we had a great night with full of laughter. Oh, of course the sushi we made was AMAZING.

I brought my boyfriend here for his birthday. Chef Paul played bday music and put up bday streamers!! We made GF korean BBQ with SO many amazing dishes. The service was outstanding, friendly and very educational not only about the food but about Korean culture. I would recommend Chef Paul to anyone of any age. The food was amazing and I look forward to incorporating what we learned into our regular lives.
