Cooking Class - Taiwanese Bao
Learn to make gourmet Taiwanese style bao.
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Renee will teach you time-honored techniques to prepare classic bao from start to finish. You’ll practice the method to achieve a soft and fluffy texture under expert guidance.
Make bao buns to stuff with sticky-sweet barbecue pork, chicken or a plant-based alternative. Sharpen your knife skills preparing a bright Asian slaw to balance the savory filling. Finish your homemade bao with a zingy pear and ginger dressing that brings the whole dish together in a tantalizing combination of flavors and textures.
