Craft classic Asian streetfood dishes in this immersive cooking class.

Be transported onto the bustling streets of Asia in this Asian street foods cooking class. Join Chef Akshay on an exciting culinary tour of Asian street food. Learn new tips and tricks in the kitchen while cooking a decadent four-course menu. Start with chilled summer rolls with marinated carrots and napa cabbage. Then, craft chicken wontons seasoned with Sichuan pepper and bulldog sauce. Next, move on to savory and umami chili garlic Singaporean noodles. End the class with sweet and refreshing mango sago ice cream with raisins.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chilled Summer Cigar Rolls (Tofu For Vegetarians)

With marinated carrots, napa cabbage, spring greens rolled in rice paper and dipping sauce

Saucy Chicken Wontons (Soya For Vegetarians)

With Sichuan pepper, star anise, ground chicken meat, light soya, bulldog sauce and ginger

Chili Garlic Singaporean Noodles

With sliced garlic, Bok choi and sambal curry paste tossed noodles

Mango Sago Ice Cream

With mango pulp, raw mango, sago, vanilla ice cream and soaked raisins

Chef Akshay was so great. Informative, answered all our questions, made sure we were comfortable... and the food was absolutely delicious! Will definitely take another class with him... maybe Italian!

My husband and I had a really fun time at this class! The instructions were easy to follow and Chef Akshay is such a humble and down to earth guy. We had a blast and would definitely do more classes with Chef Akshay in the future. The food was also absolutely delicious and we will definitely be attempting to recreate the menu at home. Overall, a wonderful experience!

He walks into the session with a probe thermometer tugged to his jacket and says "Welcome to my masterclass" that is the moment you understand that its not just a class its a master's class. I follow him from his instagram and attended couple of sessions where he would make cooking so simple and elegant. His signature recipes are worth drooling and I am sure he would be very successful if he opens a restaurant in Toronto. I wish him good luck. Kudos to you chef Akshay.

A true hidden gem in Canada!!! I attended chef's masterclass cuisine of Dubai and I must tell you that it was way beyond my expectations. He got us even printed recipes and had stories to tell from all over the world. Such an insightful class that I have starting loving cooking again. All the recipes and methods were precise and he made sure that I learnt it right. :) Cant wait to try his other masterclasses.

One of the most innovative and happy chef I have ever come across. A true professional who ensures you lesrn while he demonstrates his skills. His cooking classes are a treat for all my friends. His knowledge of various cuisines and such a humble personality ensures that we come back for his culinary adventures. Attended last session as a part of world food in London and was a superhit as chef paired food with some great whiskies.
