To start, you will handmake scrumptious fried dumplings filled with pork and chives. Then you will learn how to create juicy barbecue pork with a side of steamed rice, as well as carrots and radish in a vinegar marinade. Finally, you will finish the evening by creating homemade Hong Kong style pineapple buns.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
