Cooking Class - Japanese Udon & Teriyaki Fish
Learn how to make these delicious and unique Japanese delicacies.
Discover a new world of gourmet Japanese cuisine with this chef-led cooking class. Under the guidance of Chef Ivy, you will learn how to craft a Japanese-style potato salad, made with egg and rice vinegar. Then, you will make your own handmade udon in a delicate umami broth and grilled fish in a savory teriyaki sauce. Finally, you will end the night with handmade mochi made from sweet and scrumptious red bean paste.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
