Cooking Class - Authentic Italian Risotto
During this interactive cooking class, Chef Burcu will teach you the right techniques to achieve the velvety consistency and mouth-watering flavor of risotto along with other Italian classics.
You'll start by preparing a simple green salad made with crunchy nuts and fresh fruit. Then, turn your focus to cooking an exquisite risotto made with a blend of shiitake, oyster and cremini mushrooms, and sauté asparagus with garlic and top with Parmesan cream. For dessert, you'll make a delightful green apple sorbet with a tasty ginger crumble.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
