Your exploration of plant-forward pasta preparation begins with a sumptuous butternut squash ravioli topped with brown butter sauce. Then, create green spinach pasta dressed with red pepper sauce for a colorful contrast and whip up beet gnocchi with a zesty pesto that leaves nothing to be desired.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class was excellent. Charlene was so kind and helpful, she answered all of our questions and gave us tips for other vegan dishes outside of these. The meal was very good and cooking was very enjoyable!
