Our experience with Chef Charlene was AMAZING. The food we cooked together was absolutely delicious. Exceeded our expectations. Even our 12 year old daughter had a blast learning about vegan food and how to cook it. I highly recommend any class with chef Charlene. She is fun, very professional, and knows her stuff!

Our cooking experience with Charlene was tremendous. She was able to share her expert culinary knowledge in a warm, engaging, highly skillful and thoroughly enjoyable manner with a group of 7 family members who presented with a diverse range of cooking experience! She made it work. I cannot recommend Charlene more highly. We all had a tremendous time together. Most importantly, our completed vegan meal was beyond delicious, beautifully plated and thoroughly enjoyed by our whole group. We chopped, cooked and prepared with our own hands. Thank you Charlene for making the celebration of a special family birthday so enjoyable and memorable. Well done and thank you again!

We loved our experience with Charlene! She was so warm and friendly and created such a relaxed and fun atmosphere. The food was delicious and our group of 7 had tons of food! Everyone got to participate and contribute to the meal prep. I would highly recommend Charlene.

Charlene was absolutely excellent! Phenomenal class, she did a great job of explaining the dishes (along with great stories!) and keeping both of us occupied while we were cooking. Neither of us felt left out of the experience of the cooking class! The food was absolutely excellent and will be trying to make the recipes again! 10/10 Experience

Wonderful class! The pasta with amazing and Charlene was a great teacher! She was very fun and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this class for anyone looking to have a good time and make some good food!

We had a great dinner party (9 in total), and overall Charlene was very good; very professional, well organized, and the food was very nice. We especially liked the crabless cakes. The group was not all veg or vegan, but everyone enjoyed the food.

I booked Charlene for my fiance's and my 6 year anniversary. To say this was the best cooking class I've ever taken would be an understatement! Charlene was super fun, informative, accommodating, and all around professional. The 3 vegan pastas we made chock-full of flavour too. I would recommend Charlene if you are looking for great food and experience!

Let me start by saying that I am not a vegan, however I have had several dishes made by Chef Charlene and she throws down! Her food is consistently good, flavourful and tasty. I drove over an hour once just to eat her food. What does that tell you? Yes, it's that good!

I have had the pleasure of using Charlene's services. First let me start by saying, I am not a vegan, but her food was fabulous and I would gladly eat her food anytime. She makes me want to become vegan. I would recommend anybody, vegans, non-vegans and those curious about going vegan to try her food, you won't be disappointed. The quality and taste were above and beyond my expectations. The items were well-prepared and beautifully presented. I took part in one of her cooking classes and let me tell you, the vegan bacon and peach cobbler are to die for. The bacon was crispy and flavourful and the peach cobbler was melt in your mouth. Charlene is professional and takes pride and care with the food she prepares. I will definitely be using her services again when the time comes.
