Cooking Class - Kitchen Fundamentals
There will be no limit to the recipes you create thanks to this experience! Through this cooking class, Chef Karen will help you tackle six fundamental culinary techniques: Knife skills, soup making, browning and braising meats, pan sauces, roasting root vegetables or smashing potatoes and cooking leafy greens.
After preparing a leek and corn chowder appetizer, you'll learn how to expertly braise chicken thighs with apricots, figs and fresh spices and make either smashed potatoes or roasted root vegetables. Finish by learning how to bake the most decadent molten Belgian chocolate cake.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
