Cooking Class - The Asian Zing Culinary Experience

Join Chef Charleston as he takes you on a food tour featuring four courses of authentic Asian deliciousness. During this diverse, one-of-a-kind experience, you'll learn how to prepare dishes influenced by the flavors of Japan, Thailand, China, Singapore and the Philippines.

Begin class by learning the methods behind concocting traditional miso soup and mango salad before working on the main course of chicken and rice slathered in savory sauces. For dessert, craft a sweet and savory black sesame bilo bilo with coconut milk and ginger syrup.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
