Put together a stunning meal that combines all of the most desirable Western flavors.
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Karthikeyan will provide his unique perspective and culinary skills to show you the intricacies of cooking with fresh seafood and wild herbs and spices.
Start this class by creating a flaky, crispy haddock fillet to be the star in a fresh Caesar salad with dressing made from scratch. Next, prepare a fillet of salmon spiced with fennel, garlic, dill, and more, and drizzle it all with a sweet maple sauce. Then, create an orange Ratatouille packed with a variety of nutritious vegetables to enjoy alongside the salmon. For dessert, craft a sweet and delicate crème caramel.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Award-winning Chef Karthikeyan began his culinary career in his home country of India. He built his career in the U.S. with positions in several restaurants and 5-star hotel chains, working his way from line cook to full-fledged chef for a major cruise line. He currently works for a catering company in Canada. Chef Karthikeyan offers his joyful love of food in classes tailored to home chefs of all abilities.
