In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Karthikeyan will provide his unique perspective and culinary skills to show you the intricacies of cooking with fresh seafood and wild herbs and spices.
Start this class by creating a flaky, crispy haddock fillet to be the star in a fresh Caesar salad with dressing made from scratch. Next, prepare a fillet of salmon spiced with fennel, garlic, dill, and more, and drizzle it all with a sweet maple sauce. Then, create an orange Ratatouille packed with a variety of nutritious vegetables to enjoy alongside the salmon. For dessert, craft a sweet and delicate crème caramel.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
