Cooking Class - Classic Turkish Cuisine
Join Chef Burcu for an interactive cooking class centered around professional cooking techniques and traditional Turkish cuisine.
Begin by making a silky-smooth red lentil soup to enjoy as your starter, then move to preparing a rich beef stew with aubergine purée as your entrée. Chef Burcu will follow by teaching you a few knife skills you can use to chop up a tomato salad before topping it in a scintillating pomegranate sauce. To wrap up your Mediterranean meal, make crispy tahini and walnut rolls with sweet, buttery phyllo pastry.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
