Explore the flavors of Southeastern France with this classic French menu.

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Burcu will guide you through the steps of making fine French fare from the Southeastern region of France.

Begin class by pan frying sole fillets until crispy, then, prepare green tagliatelle pasta from scratch, which will include a lesson on how to color pasta using the chlorophyll from green leafy vegetables. Once your tagliatelle is cooked, garnish the pan-fried sole with tomatoes, lemon segments and capers warmed in butter. For dessert, whip up a light and creamy dish drizzled in framboise sauce.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Wonderful experience. Loads of instruction and quality ingredients. Chef Burcu is very talented and so helpful, so if like me, you are not the best in the kitchen, don’t worry. The meal will turn out great!
