Cooking Class - Authentic Indian Feast
In this hands-on class, Chef Logan will teach you the basics of crafting classic Indian fare from scratch, including merging cooking techniques and different spices to create an array of distinct flavors.
Begin with crispy vegetable pakoras made with cauliflower and onions and served with tamarind dip. Next, you'll learn how to make butter chicken and garlic coconut rice with cashews and ginger. Finish with a scrumptious coconut ladoo featuring cardamom.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
