Whether you're throwing a weekend get together or a fantastic soirée, the occasion calls for petite bites that can be served in individual portions. In this hands-on class, you will learn how to impress your guests!
The class begins with creating homemade Japanese eggplant sandwiches stuffed with goat cheese and leeks. Next, you will prepare bacon-wrapped halloumi bites with tomatoes. Continue sharpening your culinary skills while learning how to assemble spicy toast with a lemon-pea mash, then finish this delectable meal with the creation of a juicy strawberry dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

She uses the best organic and non-GMO foods in her class and is also teach some amazing Keto recipes. She has traveled extensively in search of new foods and brings this to the table at her class.

Lovely experience helping to put together all of the recipes. Amazing tips and tricks shared by the chefs were so helpful. Sharing a full portion of the meal after and talking about the cooking experience was so valuable. Would do again!

Chef Karen, who attended Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts and previously ran a prepared meals company and catering business, has been crafting incredible fare for her clients for almost 20 years.
