In this immersive private chef experience, Chef Sourabh celebrates the diverse blend of multicultural influences and native ingredients that form the foundation of modern Australian cooking. You'll start with sliders, made with tender braised beef and Korean mayo. Next, indulge in a rich pumpkin and ricotta ravioli with mushroom consommé, and a mousse stuffed chicken breast in a sweet and pungent pepperberry jus. Finally, end the night with a decadent crème brûlée with pear and candy floss.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Sourabh created a beautiful dinner experience for me and my family of 4. He is a perfectionist and the meal was so scrumptious, everyone was raving about it. He has vast experience and knowledge when it comes to food and we learnt a lot from him while enjoying the dinner.
