Chef Rachel presents a modern interpretation of traditional French cooking in this private chef experience, where she uses local produce and classical techniques to prepare this gourmet menu. Begin with a rustic beet and goat cheese salad with zesty orange vinaigrette followed by a hearty lamb loin with rich red wine sauce and signature accompaniments. For dessert, enjoy an iconic French apple tart with vanilla ice cream.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
