Prepare and eat your way through the Provence region of France in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Japvir. Let freshly harvested local produce shine with simple and flavorful preparations.
Begin by pan-searing tuna for a classic niçoise salad with French beans, olives and quail eggs, and combine eggplant, zucchini and tomatoes for an authentic ratatouille. For the main course, Chef Japvir will teach you how to cook Provençal chicken stew brimming with tomatoes and celery, then, bake up rum-soaked mini cakes for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
