There's no need for vegans to skip the dessert tray with this hands-on baking class with Chef Alisha. She'll teach you how to use a selection of plant-centered ingredients to create delectable baked desserts and sumptuous sweet treats that everyone can enjoy.
You'll learn to prepare the ultimate vegan chocolate cake topped with dark chocolate ganache and bake up triple chocolate fudge cookies studded with dark chocolate chunks. You'll also create a tender banana bread flavored with cinnamon and walnuts and whip up oatmeal raisin cookies for an old-fashioned treat.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
