Take a trip to a Parisian cafe from the comfort of your home in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Andrew. You'll master traditional French cooking techniques and flavors so you can recreate this meal over and over again.
Begin with perfectly seasoned seared scallops to build your confidence. For the main course, Chef Andrew will show you how to sear sea bass, which you'll serve alongside Mediterranean roasted potatoes and a classic Niçoise dressing. End with a quintessential French dessert: A rustic apple tart prepared with butter and warm spices.

The class was awesome, Chef Andrew is a very good professional and teacher. He explains the dishes in details and patience. Cooking is very difficult for me, but after Chef Andrew`s class I was able to prepare the dishes easily. I really recommend the classes with Chef Andrew. Kind regards Israel
