Cooking Class - Vegetarian Fare With Flair
In this interactive cooking class with Chef Preacher, you'll learn how to create a gourmet menu using only high-quality vegetarian ingredients and will learn smart cooking techniques from a professional chef.
First, you'll handcraft flavorful lentil balls in sweet and savory homemade BBQ sauce. For the main course, you'll prepare "chicken" drumsticks made with chickpeas and served on a bed of soy sauce fried rice with fresh carrots, asparagus and tomato gravy on the side.
