In this interactive cooking class, Chef Hasan teaches you how to infuse traditional French dishes with a subtle touch of Arabic cuisine. Throughout the meal, you will practice culinary techniques, such as baking and sous vide cooking.
Begin with a bright chèvre salad featuring goat cheese, citrus and walnuts. Next, prepare a savory and rich poêlée de champignons — fried, seasoned mushrooms — on the stovetop before practicing your sous vide techniques on a hearty ribeye steak with potatoes and mushrooms. Finally, learn how to make a classic French dessert: The buttery apple tart.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
