Private Chef - Gourmet Seafood Feast
Picture yourself oceanside as you enjoy an array of fresh seafood fare.
You'll practically be able to smell the salty breeze as Chef Henry whips up a fresh seafood feast. To start your meal, Chef Henry will make crab ravioli and calamari tossed in a creamy roasted red pepper sauce. For the main course, you'll enjoy sea bream and buttery tiger prawns over a fluffy potato purée. Crispy pea and mint fritters with pico de gallo served as a side. For dessert, decadent crème brûlée and almond pinwheels.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Henry has been bringing smiles to people’s faces with culinary creations for more than six years, working his way through the ranks. He worked in several top hotels across the U.K., catering wedding parties and running the dining program to the highest standard. Now focused on being a private chef, he brings his knowledge of classic French cooking to each experience and uses his gift in the kitchen to bring joy to others.
