Private Chef - Gourmet Seafood Feast
You'll practically be able to smell the salty breeze as Chef Henry whips up a fresh seafood feast. To start your meal, Chef Henry will make crab ravioli and calamari tossed in a creamy roasted red pepper sauce. For the main course, you'll enjoy sea bream and buttery tiger prawns over a fluffy potato purée. Crispy pea and mint fritters with pico de gallo served as a side. For dessert, decadent crème brûlée and almond pinwheels.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
