This Jamaican-themed cooking class will teach you all about traditional jerk cooking. Chef Matt also adds a modern twist to the cooking style that you’ll love recreating at home.
Start by marinating king prawns in a flavorful and peppery sauce. Then, prepare a spicy dish of jerk-seasoned lamb rump served with black-eyed peas, kidney beans and fluffy rice. Chef Matt will also teach you how to fry plantains dusted with savory herbs and aromatic spices. For dessert, you’ll grill pineapple to enjoy with fried sweet dumplings and lime cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
