This interactive cooking class highlights the foundational methods of classic French cuisine. Under the direction of Chef Celia Chan, you will develop culinary skills that can be applied to elevate your home kitchen.
Using flavourful, high-quality ingredients, you will showcase time-honoured techniques such as building a buttery béchamel sauce and creating an elegant roulade of chicken and vegetables. Pair your main course with ultra creamy mashed potatoes and finish the meal with a patisserie-worthy baked dessert. This course can also be presented in Mandarin or Cantonese upon request.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
