Learn the art of traditional Greek cooking in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Matt will teach you how to use authentic ingredients to create iconic dishes full of flavor.
Begin by topping grilled flatbread with smoked cod roe dip and delightfully creamy tzatziki sauce. Then, make keftedes, Greek meatballs in herby dill and tomato sauce, and a fresh and colorful horiatiki salad of tomatoes, cucumber and feta. For dessert, Chef Matt will teach you to make loukoumades, from-scratch doughnuts with crunchy pistachios and sweet honey syrup.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
