Cooking Class - Classic French Fare
In this hands-on cooking class, learn how to make French fare like chicken cordon bleu and more with the professional guidance of Chef Chris. He'll make French cooking accessible through simple techniques and insightful tips.
Begin with a salad of fresh greens and a light dressing with creamy French Camembert and crispy bread. Then learn how to make rich chicken cordon bleu as well as fondant potatoes, green beans and a beurre blanc sauce. Dessert is a show-stopping apple tart tatin, which looks elegant but is actually fairly simple to create.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
