Cooking Class - Gluten-Free Surf and Turf
In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Christian, you'll whip up an elegant menu of dishes featuring fresh vegetables, seafaring fare and a hearty gluten-free pasta.
To begin, chop up radicchio and endives for a tossed salad with a honey lemon vinaigrette. Then pan sear scallops until tender and enjoy with sashimi-grade tuna in a light lemon and garlic sauce. Next, you'll learn how to make fettuccine pasta free of gluten and beef short rib ragout with a flavorful tomato sauce. Dessert is a dark chocolate mousse.
