My husband and I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a wonderful cooking class with chef Fernanda. It was seriously a joy to work side by side with her in her kitchen and a it was a perfect night! We had no clue what to expect and were more then blown away by how great the night was. It was refreshing to meet such an energetic , positive, dedicated person like Fernanda who is obviously very dedicated to her dietary lifestyle and takes the quality of her wellbeing and food products very seriously. The food was delicious and the company and ambience was even better! Nothing short of an amazing night and we are already planning another class with her! I highly recommend taking one of her classes! You won’t be disappointed!
Chef Fernanda is a plant-based chef who has worked in the food industry for over 10 years. She combines her Mexican heritage and Miamian flare to create vibrant, wholesome cuisine at her Miami restaurant, and for her cooking workshops with a focus on food that's free of gluten, added sugar and additives. Chef Fernanda has shared her healthy culinary secrets on television, and has developed recipes over the years that resulted in two cookbooks.
