Immerse yourself in ingredients from the Adriatic Sea in this private chef experience with Chef Anton. Start with delicately marinated tuna, crisp daikon and refreshing mint. Fresh chitarrine pasta with seafood ragu and an herby parsley foam makes for a great first main course followed by roasted turbot fillet and garden vegetables. For dessert, delight in the flavors of pistachios, black cherries, white chocolate and hazelnut.
