In this private chef experience, enjoy creative dishes made with fresh ingredients and authentic Italian flavors. Chef Anton will first serve an impressive appetizer of warm tomato cream and burrata foam topped with pine nuts and pesto. You’ll also delight in veal cappelletti with luscious cream gravy infused with raspberry. A roasted guinea fowl makes a stunning entrée alongside sweet caramelized figs. For dessert, relish in a rich cappuccino cream with crunchy chocolate crumble.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
