Paolo was an exceptional host - his knowledge of foods was equal to the wealth of historical information he shared with us. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Firenze.

Paolo was fantastic; he interacted with everyone on the tour, able to answer everyone's questions and expand the tour where possible. Because there were only 12 of us, we could hear him at all times. He took us to to some less obvious food and drink hotspots, encouraging us to try out new dishes and sample the local traditional cuisine.

We had no idea what to anticipate when we signed up for this company's food tour. Paolo Frullini, our tour guide, was amazing! In addition to giving us a cuisine tour, he was very knowledgeable about Florence's history, and we learnt a lot from him about the city's beginnings. We would take the tour again and heartily recommend it. The city of Florence is wonderful!

A very enjoyable tour that was informative and included places I was not familiar with. Paolo was an excellent guide, selecting excellent wines and food for our group. It was refreshing to visit a market and restaurant frequented by locals. This tour was fantastic because it was a small, intimate group.

A fantastic tour that was both relaxed and casual. I'm in my late 60s, and my wife is in her early 70s. The tour was not rushed. There were 11 people in our group, and Paolo interacted with everyone. He was genuinely interested in our home countries, and the history of his city that he shared with us was fascinating. This prompted us to visit other structures and locations. The food and wines were delicious, and I would recommend this tour to adults of all ages.

Paolo, our guide, arrived at the meeting point ahead of time and introduced himself. The tour was fantastic, and Paolo provided fascinating information on both the sights we saw in Florence and the food (which was even more amazing)
Knowing that the restaurants we visited to sample food were ones that Paolo frequented made the experience even more engaging and personal.My favorite stop was the food market, where I purchased some homemade mustard jam.
I would definitely recommend it for those who have a few hours to kill.

We had a great time on Sofia's Food Tour! She led us to some wonderful, authentic restaurants that didn't have a touristy vibe! We particularly liked sampling the variety of market goods that had been set out for us on an outdoor table. She even purchased one for us to test at the market! She was a pleasure to converse with about life in Florence. It was helpful to have a local's viewpoint! We totally recommend both this tour and Sofia as the guide!

Sofia was an excellent tour guide; she adores Florence and is passionate about good food. The tour was fantastic; we were a small group of five people who walked, talked, learned, sampled many Florence favorites, and saw many other places to return to. Sofia shared some delicious Florence foodie secrets. The entire tour was fantastic. Good company, as well as good food and wine.

We had an excellent tour with Sophia (a Florentine native) that included four stops with delicious food. Perhaps I wouldn't call the Lampredotto excellent, but it is a local favorite and something you should try when in Florence just to say you've had the full food experience. The other foods, including but not limited to gelato, were excellent, and we were served generously. We didn't stop at any gelato shops before our dinner later that day because we had so much food. You've had a good foodie day if you've eaten well and gelato no longer appeals to you. This tour comes highly recommended by me.

Gerardo surpassed my expectations. The tour was fantastic. Gerardo took us to restaurants we would never have discovered on our own. Gerardo kept the group entertained and informed. If you enjoy local cuisine in Florence, this is a must-do tour!

This culinary tour was awesome! I was thrilled to explore parts of Florence that I had never been to before. Gerardo was highly knowledgeable and fascinating. In addition to learning a lot about Florence's food, I also gained a lot of knowledge about the city. We began with some delicious coffee and a small dessert. We made four additional stops after that. Excellent cuisine was served at each location. Additionally, I decided on the upgraded drink package and thought it was worth it. Definitely a  great way to spend 3-4 hours. I recommend taking this tour!
