We had a marvelous time with Olga! She is a great teacher and very personable. She was very patient and encouraging with us. We had great conversation and learned a lot. She even sent us recipes after we had left. We made 4 types of pasta, two filled and two not filled. She showed us techniques to mix the ingredients and to roll the dough to get it thin without overworking it. We also made tiramisu! Overall, it was one of the highlights of our 3 week trip through Italy. We recommend it as highly as we can!

My class with Olga was so much more than cooking. Olga generously shared her extensive knowledge of the ingredients, the history and culture surrounding the dishes. She skilfully guided me through the cooking processes, before we shared the meal together. Olga is a generous, skilful and empathetic teacher, and I strongly recommend her to anyone wanting to learn the finer points of Bolognese fresca pasta.
