Since childhood, Chef Olga has been devoted to the art of fresh pasta, preparing every dough by hand using the traditional mattarello technique and recipes passed down through generations. Known for her warm hospitality, she loves sharing the flavors, culture and convivial spirit of Bologna with guests from around the world.
