Cooking Class - Regional Cooking From Northern Italy
Explore the diverse flavors of Northern Italian cooking while learning to prepare regional dishes in this hands-on cooking class. The chef will guide you as you craft popular dishes from the area, including fresh tagliatelle and homemade fried Italian dumplings, using signature ingredients and techniques from Piedmont to Bologna.
Begin with handcrafted gnocco fritto to accompany a selection of cured meats followed by red wine tagliatelle with a ragu bolognese sauce and lightly seasoned vegetables. For dessert, you will create a popular sweet salame with dark chocolate, hazelnuts and rum.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
