Cooking Class - Modern Nigerian Cooking
In this engaging cooking class, Chef Imma will teach you how to elevate signature dishes of Nigerian cuisine using regional ingredients and techniques.
First, the chef will guide you as you prepare homemade mini pies filled with red lentils and hearty vegetables. Next, you will craft a rich and savory stewed pork before learning how to achieve perfect jollof rice. Finish the meal by transforming fresh plantains into a sweet crêpe dessert with chocolate and fresh fruit, and mixing a refreshing, non-alcoholic hibiscus sangria with pineapple and lime.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
