In this hands-on cooking class, the chef will teach you time-honored traditions of making fresh pasta for two preparations as well as homemade sauces to accompany them.
Begin the class by practicing the fundamentals of making fresh pasta dough by hand. The chef will guide you as you cut the dough into tagliatelle and fill and shape your ravioli. The tagliatelle will pair with a classic meat and tomato sauce. The ricotta will be filled with a savory mixture of ricotta cheese and spinach. For dessert, craft a traditional tiramisu.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
