Chef Erika’s culinary ventures began with her work as a vegan pastry attendant in her hometown of Siena, Italy. She developed an affinity for food in general and expanded to include kitchen roles in restaurants and resorts. Her favored cuisines include Asian fusion, traditional Tuscan dishes, dairy-free and gluten-free dining. In the spirit of Italy’s culinary heritage, Chef Erika offers guidance to budding chefs around Siena.
