In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Ilaria will guide you as you elevate fresh produce into hearty, vegetarian dishes. Practice culinary skills and techniques from making fresh fillings and sauces for pasta to baking elements for a stunning, layered dessert.
Begin by preparing a classic ricotta-filled ravioli with a tangy tomato sauce. Next, you'll learn how to showcase vegetables in a savory Italian flan featuring green beans, charred spinach, zucchini and carrot with a ginger sauce. For dessert, hand-make a decadent tiramisu.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
