In this hands-on class with Chef Laura, you'll discover new dishes from the likes of Galicia, Barcelona, Valencia and more. Chef Laura's Spanish heritage and culinary expertise will make this class fun and educational.
You'll learn how to create a traditional Galician festival food made with potato, onion, boiled octopus and sweet and spicy seasonings. Then, for an authenic Catalonian experience, you'll make fresh bread and rosemary-infused vegetables. Enjoy a seafood paella that is bursting with flavor and a delightful almond cake whose recipe has been passed down for generations.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
