Treat yourself to a decadent and traditional Italian feast prepared by Chef Camila. First, sample a fresh Caprese salad bursting with flavor from juicy tomatoes and fresh basil leaves with creamy buffalo mozzarella. Next, enjoy a rich and buttery seafood risotto with shrimp, calamari, mussels and notes of white wine. Finally, try a cherished family recipe for tiramisu with delicate Italian biscuits and flavors of coffee and chocolate.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

While working as a private chef and culinary instructor, she discovered dynamic flavor combinations and innovative ways to use ingredients. An expert in both Italian and Latin American cuisine, Chef Camila is passionate about crafting flavorful dishes and loves creating a cheerful and welcoming atmosphere in the kitchen.
