Discover Greece, Turkey, Morocco and more as you enjoy a selection of traditional dishes prepared by Chef Camila. Start with a colorful hummus enhanced with fresh beets and lemon juice. Next, sample a Moroccan couscous topped with a variety of farm-fresh vegetables and revel in the mouth-watering flavors of a moussaka with eggplant and warm spices. Finally, enjoy a light pomegranate parfait for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Camila’s love for the culinary arts began at a young age during her childhood in Brazil. While working as a private chef and culinary instructor, she discovered dynamic flavor combinations and innovative ways to use ingredients. An expert in both Italian and Latin American cuisine, Chef Camila is passionate about crafting flavorful dishes and loves creating a cheerful and welcoming atmosphere in the kitchen.
