Cooking Class - Authentic Taste of Spain
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Camila will guide you step by step as you prepare signature Spanish dishes and learn about this unique style of cooking. The chef will teach you how to buy and clean seafood and prepare one of Spain’s most iconic desserts.
Begin with a simple, savory appetizer of pan tomaca with tomatoes and garlic followed by tender, fried calamari rings. The centerpiece of the meal is a vibrant seafood paella with clams, shrimp, mussels, calamari and saffron-infused rice. For dessert, enjoy a luscious crema Catalana.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
