In this interactive cooking class, Chef Camila invites you to discover unique histories and cooking styles from across Latin America. From Mexico and Peru to Argentina and Brazil, learn how to showcase diverse flavors from each region.
Start your adventure with classic guacamole and homemade tortilla chips before learning how to fill hearty Argentinian empanadas. You will also prepare white fish and shrimp with a bold hit of lime and spices for a Peruvian ceviche. Finish the meal with a bright and creamy Brazilian passion fruit mousse with black chocolate.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Camila was born in Brazil, but has traveled and worked as a Chef in many different countries. She brings her knowledge and experience of International cuisines to use in creating unique and delicious meals.

While working as a private chef and culinary instructor, she discovered dynamic flavor combinations and innovative ways to use ingredients. An expert in both Italian and Latin American cuisine, Chef Camila is passionate about crafting flavorful dishes and loves creating a cheerful and welcoming atmosphere in the kitchen.
