In this interactive cooking class, you will focus on learning unique ways to highlight regional ingredients using foundational techniques of Italian cuisine.
First, Chef Annette will teach you how to roll cabbage for a savory involtini with salty prosciutto filling and a hearty tomato sauce. Next, you will practice time-honored cooking methods to craft a luscious and fragrant fennel risotto followed by a creamy fricassee of sautéed mushrooms and zesty lemon. Dessert is a refreshing Italian treat: An iced coffee granita with a generous dollop of rich vanilla cream.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
