Also known as "the art of gentle hands," sushi becomes a team building activity designed to bring colleagues together in the kitchen. Chef Logan leads teams in a lesson on the culinary elegance of a beloved dish.

Together you'll create warming miso soup and practice crafting handmade gyoza dumplings. Then, your crew accesses their inner sushi masters while making an array of traditional rolls and sharpening their team skills as well as professional knife techniques. Although he is well-versed in many food traditions, Italian is his favorite, with an emphasis on from-scratch pizza. For your selected date, , you will receive a refund minus a cancellation fee of CAD $550 if you cancel. The noted cancellation fee is to cover the venue, which is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the event start time, the full amount is non-refundable.

Chef Logan crushed it last night. He walked us through every step of the sushi-making process. You could feel his passion. Not just for cooking, but for teaching it right. Super hands-on, detailed and the ice cream is delicious. If you get the chance to take his class, don’t think twice.
