What You’ll Do

Get your crew in on some friendly kitchen competition with this culinary team building contest.

Teams can square off a lesson in homemade guacamole in this team building cooking class from Chef Logan. Learn about this beloved dip while sharing creative time with your teammates in a delicious food-based showdown.

First, your team will learn the finer points of creating guacamole from scratch before preparing their own version using avocados, lime juice and zesty seasonings. One batch will be crowned Best Guacamole. You'll also dig into a DIY taco bar complete with all the fixings and concoct a refreshing, zero-proof sangria.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Recently, my husband's mobility has been limited due to disability, and this has made it challenging for us to engage in activities outside of our home. We recently had the pleasure of attending the "Everything's Better with Bacon" class with Chef Logan. The experience was truly exceptional, with both educational and entertaining elements that made us feel welcome and at ease. The food we prepared was outstanding, and we were thrilled to share this unique experience together as a couple. Chef Logan's warm and approachable guidance made the class even more enjoyable. His ability to balance teaching and camaraderie added a great deal of value to the experience. We were both impressed by the culinary skills showcased in the class, and we feel fortunate to have had the chance to participate. We had Chef Logan for The Perfect Steak menu and it was delicious! He was super knowledgable and we really enjoyed all of the cooking techniques he shared. He traveled to Canmore for my sister's bachelorette and had a great experience. Would definitely recommend!
