Treat yourself to an authentic Italian feast brought by a private chef.

Calling all lovers of Italian cuisine, this authentic Italian feast private chef experience is for you. Allow a five-star Chef Akshay to create a gourmet multi-course meal for you to savor.

By the end of the experience, you'll have tasted a curated top-end menu of Italian dishes worthy of a traditional Italian feast. Start with an appetizer of your choosing: fritto misto or a fig and prosciutto salad. The main dish is beef osso bucco, mushroom risotto and more. Wrap up the experience with an olive oil cake or panna cotta or even Italian caramel pudding.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Kale Caesar Salad
With homemade croûtons and Parmesan

Fig and Prosciutto Salad
With arugula, goat cheese, pistachios and honey vinaigrette

Fritto Misto
With seasonal vegetables and lemon-garlic aioli

Italian Meatballs
With ground beef or pork, ricotta cheese and Marinara sauce

Zuppa Toscana Soup
With Italian sausage, potatoes, kale and cream

With tomato stew, peppers and creamy polenta

Beef Osso Buco
With garlic, herbs, onion, carrots, wine, citrus and creamy polenta

Slow Duck Ragù Pappardelle Pasta
With thyme, rosemary, red wine and tomatoes

Frutti di Mare
With handmade bucatini, scallops, shrimp, mussels and arrabbiata sauce

Wild Mushroom Risotto
With white wine, mushroom stock, cream, butter, shallots and thyme

My husband and I had a really fun time at this class! The instructions were easy to follow and Chef Akshay is such a humble and down to earth guy. We had a blast and would definitely do more classes with Chef Akshay in the future. The food was also absolutely delicious and we will definitely be attempting to recreate the menu at home. Overall, a wonderful experience!

He walks into the session with a probe thermometer tugged to his jacket and says "Welcome to my masterclass" that is the moment you understand that its not just a class its a master's class. I follow him from his instagram and attended couple of sessions where he would make cooking so simple and elegant. His signature recipes are worth drooling and I am sure he would be very successful if he opens a restaurant in Toronto. I wish him good luck. Kudos to you chef Akshay.

A true hidden gem in Canada!!! I attended chef's masterclass cuisine of Dubai and I must tell you that it was way beyond my expectations. He got us even printed recipes and had stories to tell from all over the world. Such an insightful class that I have starting loving cooking again. All the recipes and methods were precise and he made sure that I learnt it right. :) Cant wait to try his other masterclasses.

One of the most innovative and happy chef I have ever come across. A true professional who ensures you lesrn while he demonstrates his skills. His cooking classes are a treat for all my friends. His knowledge of various cuisines and such a humble personality ensures that we come back for his culinary adventures. Attended last session as a part of world food in London and was a superhit as chef paired food with some great whiskies.
