We made some of the best Mexican food I have ever had…guacamole, two kinds of salsa, street corn, beef tacos, dessert quesadillas. It was amazing. Chef Luis was so nice and let us structure the night with our friends, sometimes we watched sometimes we let him do the cooking. He happily answered all our questions as we hovered

The whole experience was 5 stars plus. All guests thoroughly enjoyed this dinner. Chef Luis gave so much information and learning for cooking. Let's talk about the food-literally the best meal I've had. The guacomole was hands down the best I've ever had. Street corn delicious and the steak WOW. Accommodations made for food allergies as well! If you are looking for a wonderful evening with amazing food and learning this is for you. Chef Luis will not disappoint. Highly, highly recommend!!

We cooked the carne asada,street corn and guacamole. We learnt a lot about the history of the food and different ingredients but the food was delicious and Luis was amazing. I would definitely recommend him to anybody!

Such a fantastic experience! Chef Luis was a wealth of knowledge and prepared incredible dishes for us. His teachings made it easy for us to recreate and he even gave us pointers on where to eat during our upcoming travels. Would very highly recommend!

A fantastic experience with a fantastic chef. Chef Luis was a delight to learn from. His food was fantastic, and he was incredibly insightful with our never-ending list of questions. This experience was absolutely amazing! Chef Luis was an excellent teacher and patient. The menu was just so awesomely delicious, bright, fresh, and simply uncomplicated. We will absolutely look at future opportunities to cook with Luis. 12 hours after our evening, we’ve already recommended Luis to several people. Absolutely fantastic!
