What You’ll Do

Going vegan doesn’t always have to mean giving up your favorite seafood dishes.

Satisfy your cravings for seafood while maintaining your vegan diet with this private chef experience. For your first course, Chef Charlene will create a gazpacho made from roasted red peppers and drizzled with balsamic. The main course uses king oyster mushrooms to creatively mimic delectable scallops with a side of butternut squash risotto. A lush coconut crème brûlée rounds out the experience nicely.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Charlene showed us how to cook some great vegan meals. We ourselves are not vegan, so this was a great experience and we learned a lot. We made our own vegan "meatballs" and sausages, which I always wanted to learn. Chef Charlene was so knowledgeable and shared many tips and suggestions for future vegan cooking. We'll be including all of these recipes in our diets from now on. Thanks!
