Private Chef - Vegan Seafood Feast
Going vegan doesn’t always have to mean giving up your favorite seafood dishes.
Satisfy your cravings for seafood while maintaining your vegan diet with this private chef experience. For your first course, Chef Charlene will create a gazpacho made from roasted red peppers and drizzled with balsamic. The main course uses king oyster mushrooms to creatively mimic delectable scallops with a side of butternut squash risotto. A lush coconut crème brûlée rounds out the experience nicely.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

The cooking class with Chef Charlene was super fun! She was really informative, had a lot of patience for our questions, and the food was AMAZING. Would highly recommend anyone to book an experience with Charlene!

Our experience with Chef Charlene was AMAZING. The food we cooked together was absolutely delicious. Exceeded our expectations. Even our 12 year old daughter had a blast learning about vegan food and how to cook it. I highly recommend any class with chef Charlene. She is fun, very professional, and knows her stuff!

Our cooking experience with Charlene was tremendous. She was able to share her expert culinary knowledge in a warm, engaging, highly skillful and thoroughly enjoyable manner with a group of 7 family members who presented with a diverse range of cooking experience! She made it work. I cannot recommend Charlene more highly. We all had a tremendous time together. Most importantly, our completed vegan meal was beyond delicious, beautifully plated and thoroughly enjoyed by our whole group. We chopped, cooked and prepared with our own hands.
